(Update as of 4/22/13) - The infamous 92-year-old Delta blues legend James “T-Model” Ford suffered a series of mini strokes in 2012. Those along with what seems to be cancer have led him to his current hospice care. Since he is unable to work, T-Model and his family are in need of donations.
